One on One Coaching

If we’ve decided during your consultation we are a good fit, I ask for a 12-week commitment to jumpstart our coaching journey. We’ll meet 1:1, virtually via Zoom, to collaboratively create and kick-off your first action plan to help systematically move you toward your goals. Your action plan will include your goals, the skills we will need to get you there, and regular action(s) you will need to practice as well as how we will measure your progress along the way. We will then meet every week, thereafter for check-ins during your starter period. At our check-in meetings we will discuss how things are going, track progress and tweak the action plan if appropriate. All meetings will be 45 minutes. Once you make it to the end of your 12-week starter program, you’ll have the opportunity to become a regular subscriber to continue working 1:1 with me either every week, every other week or once per month.

Using a client-based approach (meaning you are the captain and I’m your navigator) we will collaborate and focus on balancing your deep health from a holistic approach whether it be movement, exercise, sleep. stress or change in general. Throughout your coaching journey we will work on building the skills through consistent action and practice to help you reach your goals.
